All partner countries have their own models and regulations for meeting the demands of Talented Learners, however, the models do not always provide enough support to either the educators nor to the learners. Today, some partners focus on inclusion in the classroom and some work with solutions outside of ordinary education to ensure that TL get the support and challenges that they are in need of.
With this project, educators will become familiar with new approaches in how to organize both the work done in the classroom as well as an understanding for how the schools can organize their work, both on their own but also in collaboration with other organizations and institutions outside the school. This project is complementary to others carried out by the partner organization since it creates an opportunity to support life long learning amongst educators, together with professional development, offering them new tools to work with TL in their classrooms and the chance to develop their ideas within a European community of practice.
