As part of the " 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀" project, a research paper titled "𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀" was successfully developed and presented at the Twenty-fourth International Conference on Diversity in Organizations, Communities & Nations. This prestigious event took place from July 3 to July 5, 2024, at the Lusiada Research Center on Social Work and Social Intervention, Luisada University, Lisbon, Portugal.

The paper, authored by @Mārtiņš Veide, @Anastasija Panteļējeva, and Valērijs Dombrovskis, explores innovative methods to enhance the learning experience of talented students in science subjects through a dynamic approach known as the Kangaroo Classroom. The research focuses on the implementation of specialized strategies, namely the " 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" and " 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻," tailored to the unique needs of talented learners in STEM education.
